Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment without penalty, you must cancel no later than 24 hours before your requested appointment time. Deposits verify that you are a real person and are serious about booking services and time with Step The Barber. Step will communicate with you via text to the mobile number used to book your service, no later than the day prior to your requested time slot. Your deposit amount will be applied to your balance, and your balance is due the day before your requested appointment. Deposits are non refundable for no shows and late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time. By sending your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
